About the 3 Shulogique steps…

Q. What are the three steps to get Shulogique shoes?

1. Get Your Feet Scanned

The first step towards experiencing pressure-free high heels is attending one of our scanning events. At the event, you will go through our fun and unique scanning process where we capture the biometric information of your feet using advanced imaging technology. The scanning process only takes 3 to 5 minutes after which you get to see a 3D image of your feet.

2. Select Style and Heel Height

Our first collection will include 12 different shoe styles. You can see the shoe designs via our online gallery and pick your favorite one(s). All designs are available in either 2 or 4 inch heel heights. Plus, we have a wonderful pair of ballerina flats.

3. Pick Your Material and Color

Once you have chosen your shoe design, you get to decide what color and material to use to complete the look. Through our design center you can mix and match the different kinds of leathers and colors we have available (suede, patent, napa, black, pink, red, blue, etc.)

Done! Now we have all the info we need to make custom shoes for you.

Q. What is a scanning event?

A scanning event is an opportunity to meet the Shulogique team and get your feet scanned for free. We get groups of shoe lovers together and visit various cities to hold Shulogique scanning events. The scanning process takes between 3 to 5 minutes. But you will want to spend more time with us during the scanning event because you also get a chance to try on our test shoes, see our entire collection and create your own personalized shoe designs. Most women spend up to 1 hour at an event because they love to share their experience and designs with their friends or even meet other stylish people. Sign up and experience it yourself!

Q. How does the scanning process work?

The process is fun, quick and painless. We use digital image technology that is completely safe. We ask you to wear a pair of our special Shulogique socks on both feet and stand on our scanner platform. We then check to make sure you are standing correctly, your socks are placed properly and no clothing is obstructing the view of the scanner (e.g. if wearing pants we have you roll your pants up over your knees). Once everything is ready to go, a digital camera will move around the platform capturing images of your feet. These digital pictures are then converted into a 3D image and your biometric information is calculated. After the scan is complete we will share with you the results and 3D images!

Q. How long will it take for my shoes to arrive after I finish designing them?

We are still in research mode, so our shoes are not yet available. However, once we are done with the research phase, and we start officially selling our shoes, they will take approximately 4 weeks to reach your doorstep. But don’t be shy; if you see something you really love ask us about our “pre-ordering” special!

About our research phase…

Q. What do you mean when you say you are in “research phase” ?

We are changing the way women select and buy shoes. We are getting rid of sizes, pressure points and style limitations. No longer will size, pain or style limit your fashion dreams. At Shulogique, your shoe size simply doesn’t matter – in fact we don’t show or record shoe sizes because our shoes are made to fit YOUR feet.

But believe us, this is not easy to do and we take this challenge very seriously. So we are starting with perfecting and testing our algorithms used to construct 4 inch heels that feel as great as they look. To do this, we are scanning as many women as possible, making test shoes and getting their feedback. We have been getting a lot of positive (and very excited) feedback from women who just cannot believe they are in 4 inch heels.

You can be part of this process by signing up to a scanning event and becoming a tester!

Q. When can I purchase my first Shulogique items?

Currently, you can only place orders when you attend a scanning event. However, once we are done doing research you will be able to order online – 24/7. Either way, in order to start shopping you need to get your feet scanned, so sign up to a scanning event!

Q. I want comfortable high heels to be a reality, how can I help?

You can attend one of our scanning events, and go through our scanning process. Your data and feedback will be tremendously helpful for us. You can also contribute by helping us get as many women through the process as possible by inviting your friends to our events, joining our online community, or even hosting your own event.

About becoming a tester…

Q. How can I become a tester? What’s in for me?

There are two ways:

1. Attend a scanning event and if you are within the first 1,000 women we scan by the end of the year you may be one of the 100 women we randomly select to get a FREE pair of custom made shoes.

2. You can set up your own scanning event and if you help us get 20+ women to go through the process we will give you a FREE pair of custom made shoes.

Q. What would it take to bring your scanning events to my city?

We love to meet fellow shoe lovers! If you are interested in helping us organize a scanning event in your area we would be thrilled to work with you to make it happen. Just contact us and we will take care of the details. All you need to do is get 20+ of your friends together and then enjoy your FREE pair of custom made shoes!

Q. Could I host my own scanning event?

All you need to do is let us know you're interested and we will coordinate the details with you. All that is required is to get 20+ of your girlfriends together to go through our process and then we’ll make you a FREE pair of custom made shoes.

About our technology…

Q. How do you make shoes that actually fit?

We combine the biometric information of your feet with qualitative information about how you feel in our test shoes. After you get your feet scanned, we ask you to try on our test shoes and complete a short fit test survey. Once we have the data from the scanner and your fit test, we can manufacture shoes that are designed specifically to fit your feet. In fact, you won’t want anyone else wearing your Shulogique shoes because they are made custom to you and only you!

Q. How can I know what my shoes are going to look like?

Our soon-to-be-launched design center uses very cool, interactive technology to show you what your shoes, handbags or belts will look like in the leather and color you choose. You will see the product in 3D with realistic views of the leather/colors you’ve chosen plus be able to rotate it in all directions. When you’re done you can share with your friends and immediately get feedback on your design. It’s so much fun that you won’t be able to stop playing with it!

About the digital closet…

Q. Can I set up my digital closet yet?

Not yet, our digital closet tool is still in the making. But don’t worry; we will notify you when the closet is ready. Once it is, you will be able to store everything you buy, design or want. Plus, there will be secret features just for those who use the digital closet….but we have to keep them in our closet for now!

Q. What can I store in my digital closet?

You can save and organize any shoes, handbags and belts you design, purchase and wish for. You can also share your digital closet and wish list with your friends and social media followers. Plus, there will be secret features just for those who use the digital closet….but we have to keep them in our closet for now!

Q. Can I share my digital closet with friends?

Yes, you can share individual designs, your whole closet or your wish list with your social media buddies and followers!

About our design center...

Q. What does the design center do?

The Shulogique design center is an interactive tool that will allow you to customize your Shulogique shoes. After you choose a shoe design you will be able to select the heel height, material, color and embellishments that best fit your style (or that outfit you have in mind! ). You will be able to see your design in a 360º view and get a very realistic preview of how your new shoes will look in real life. After making all the edits you want, you will be able to save, share or buy your design!

Plus, you will be able to customize your handbag and belts too.

Q. What kind of modifications can I make to a design?

You can select the heel height (4” and 2”), material (patent leather, satin, napa leather, suede, etc), color and embellishments. As we move forward, we will offer more heel heights. Additionally, our material, color and embellishment collection is constantly growing.

Q. What happens after I am done with my design?

Once you are done customizing your shoes, handbags and belts, you will be able to save them in your digital closet, share them with friends through social media, order them and then show them off!

Q. When will this feature be available?

Q. What is the price of your shoes?

Wondering about price? We haven’t finalized it yet. But we promise you'll be able to buy a pair of Shulogique shoes for less than the price of just the right or left one of their "choos" and it will be well worth the investment.

Q. What is the price of your handbags & belts?

Our prices are not yet finalized. But we want our handbags and belts to be less than the price of a pair of shoes so you can easily compliment your total look!
